We didnt know Paul or been recommended but just had a hunch ... and we are so glad we followed it up. From the moment we met Paul we had no concerns at all about the kitchen as part of our extension and renovation work, his attention to the finer detail is second to none and the quality of his work is outstanding .... when the kitchen was being fitted it was the most stress free part of the project .. in fact it was enjoyable to see it come together. We absolutely love the kitchen Paul designed and installed and his suggestions were spot on - this kitchen will probably outlive us, such is the quality, but if we ever need a new kitchen or any cabinets of any type we wouldn't hesitate go anywhere else. There are insufficient superlatives to describe the high quality of Paul's work and service. What we hear from others who have had a new kitchen is the enormous delays and disruption after they have been promised the earth. None of that with Paul! He kept exactly to the very short schedule he gave us keeping the inevitable inconvenience to a minimum. He told us he would be finished by Friday evening after starting on Monday and in fact finished Thursday evening - just four days. The granite worktops arrived a week later, bang on time. The price was very competitive when compared to the large kitchen providers and any problems that arose were dealt with without any fuss unlike many of the stories we hear. Paul Heath's design and planning is as meticulous as his very high standard of workmanship. We were consulted in a friendly and helpful way at every stage of the process. All the cabinets and white goods arrived on the due date and there were no delays. The kitchen is put together (custom built) with careful attention to detail by Paul himself. Each evening, Paul cleaned up every bit of mess (We think this is very important when you have someone working both inside and outside your house). We had no hesitation in leaving Paul in the house to get on with the job whilst we were out - he is utterly trustworthy. Paul is a perfectionist. His workmanship is of the highest standard. We chose Complete Homes to fit our new kitchen / utility room as Paul Heath demonstrated early on his professionalism and helpfulness. He was always on time for appointments, had a vast range of products to choose from and was full of ideas and practical suggestions. He readily translated our needs and own ideas into illustrations that immediately brought them to life and made very helpful suggestions so as to get exactly what we wanted in the most sensible, elegant and often economical way. Once the job started, he proved to be a star, as other building work had overrun, Paul soon got order from the chaos, and got the various trades to get their work completed. Then by careful planning and turning up early and staying on after the other trades had left, got the work completed on time. The work was done to a very high standard and we are delighted. Afterwards we decided to box in the electrical distribution points / fuse box and Paul did this using some material left over from the original build, making a non-standard cupboard. It looks absolutely right, and is a tribute to his skill and craftsmanship. We would have no hesitation in using Complete Homes again, Paul Heath is first class and will do a first class job. Paul Heath recently installed a new kitchen as part of an extension to my property. Throughout the process Paul was very helpful and flexible to the changing needs of the job. His attention to detail was excellent and the standard of work was high.
